Help! I've Changed My Mind!  

Changed your mind? That's okay! If you would like to return any items from your order, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt to:

As long as the goods are unused, in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in or along with their original packaging, we will happily refund you via your original payment method. 

 

It doesn't fit! Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Sure! Just drop us an email before you send your item back so we can check that we have the size you want in stock, so we can reserve it for you. For UK orders we won't charge you delivery again on the first exchange, so swap away! 

If we do not have the size in, we will drop you a refund instead.

We will have to add a postage charge again for any exchanges being sent to Europe and Worldwide however.  

 

Do I get my postage included?

We don't refund the cost of returning an order back to us unless there was an error on our part in despatching your order, or the goods were faulty or damaged. 

We do recommend that you retain your proof of postage until you have received credit for your return, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

 

Can I return anything I bought from you? 

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns on cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, piercings, hair products and fragrances.

 

Oh no, my item has gone in the sale! 

We all know and hate that sinking feeling when the item you have just purchased ends up in the sale a few days later - so we offer a PRICE DROP GUARANTEE!

Yep, thats right! If you spot that any item you've bought from us has gone on sale on our website in 30 days, we will give you a voucher for the difference. Just drop us an email, and we’ll send your voucher straight over!

 

What if there is something wrong with my order?

In the unfortunate event that there is an error on our part in despatching your order, your goods arrive damaged or they have not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to quickly resolve your issue.

 

I think my item is faulty

If you believe that an item from us is faulty, please email us at sinclairsonline@thesinclairbuilding.com as soon as possible. Please send us a brief description and include images of the fault too. Faulty items can be returned to:

We will refund the postage of any item we have confirmed as faulty up to the value of Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class or equivalent service. 

If a returned item is sent express, such as using Royal Mail Special Delivery, you will receive a refund for the equivalent cost of the Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service.

Please include all parts with your package, including any damaged or removable parts. Unfortunately, if we do not receive all parts we may not be able to confirm a fault.

If an item isn't deemed faulty by the manufacturer or all parts are not returned, we will offer a partial refund instead.
