Delivery Information
We dispatch items from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. While we strive to meet this delivery window, we cannot guarantee it during busy periods. To avoid disappointment, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
We use DPD, Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. Although we cannot book a specific date or time for delivery, a card will be left if no one is present, with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or pick up your items.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with a consignment number. You can track your order using this number on the Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD website.
The standard delivery rates apply to England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) as determined by our carrier. Additional surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Isle of Scilly.

EU Shipping Information from January 2021
VAT will be removed from orders at checkout. Local import duties, taxes and handling charges will be payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

Postage is based on order weight, which is automatically calculated for you at the checkout. For orders over 2kg, we will send you a custom quote and will not charge any more than cost price. |

Out of Stock Items Occasionally our stores may run out of stock before we are able to update the website. Where the items are current and in stock with our suppliers (i.e. not discontinued) we will make every effort to get replenishment stock delivered. This may result in a short delay in the dispatch of your order but you will be contacted by us to inform you of any such delay. |

Returns If for whatever reason you change your mind and want to return your item(s), please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The goods must be unused in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in or along with the original packaging. Once we have received the returned item, we then shall refund you via your original method of payment or exchange as required.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items In the unfortunate event that there is an error on our part in dispatching your order, your goods arrive damaged or they have not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to quickly resolve your issue. |
