What payment methods do you accept?
Sinclairs Online accepts the following card payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed through Realex. We also accept PayPal.
What delivery service do you send orders with?
We send out small parcels via DPD, Royal Mail 24 and Parcelforce. As soon as you receive your dispatch email, expect your order to be delivered the next day. Our usual processing time is 3-5 working days. A working day is classed as Monday through to Friday and does not include public holidays or weekends.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE UK Delivery for orders over £50 and our standard UK rate is £4.95. Our European delivery prices start from £9.95 and Worldwide starts from £14.95. You can view a comprehensive list of delivery costs here
EU Shipping Information from January 2021
VAT will be removed from orders at checkout. Local import duties, taxes and handling charges will be payable to the courier at the time of delivery.
Can I return my item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in or along with their original packaging, with their labels still attached and in a saleable condition. Some items - for example, cosmetics and underwear - cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Refunds and Returns page for more information.
