Delivery FAQ's
What delivery service do you send orders with?
We send out small parcels via DPD, Royal Mail 24 and Parcelforce. As soon as you receive your dispatch email, expect your order to be delivered the next day. Our usual processing time is 3-5 working days. A working day is classed as Monday through toĀ Friday and does not include public holidays or weekends.

EU Shipping Information from January 2021
VAT will be removed from orders at checkout.Ā Ā Local import duties, taxes and handling charges will be payable to the courier at the time of delivery.Ā
Can I return my item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in or along with their original packaging, with their labels still attached and in a saleable condition. Some items - for example,Ā cosmetics and underwear - cannot be returned unless faulty. See ourĀ Refunds and ReturnsĀ page for more information.
